With the rare achievement of clearing the UPSC exam twice—first joining the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) and then the coveted Indian Administrative Service (IAS)—Mr. Jebasingh chose to leave his mark beyond the civil services. Resigning in 2009, he founded Officers IAS Academy in 2013, driven by a profound passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of civil servants. Known for his innovative approaches and dedication while serving in challenging areas of West Bengal, his expertise now enriches aspiring IAS officers at our academy. Mr. Jebasingh brings a wealth of experience from both government and private sectors, topping in Public Administration, his teaching portfolio includes General Studies with a focus on Governance, Economy, and Disaster Management.
