Mr. Israel Jebasingh has the distinction of having cleared the UPSC exam twice, first time entering IRTS and then IAS. As an IAS officer in the West Bengal Cadre he was highly regarded for his out of the box thinking while serving in some of the most violent, Naxalism affected region
He resigned from the IAS and founded Officers IAS Academy. He teaches General Studies and available on all 365 days at Officers IAS Academy to guide and mentor students of Officers IAS Academy.

Director – Finance & Administration
She takes care of the critical roles of Finance and Administration at the academy. Coming from humble economic means, and from the rural part of India, she ensures that extra care is given to students with similar background and that these are not impediments in the pursuit of their dreams. Prior to this she had extensive experience working as a Lecturer and Administrator in several Engineering colleges.
IRAS, Advisor and Mentor
Got selected twice to the prestigious IPS (Indian Police Service) but chose to continue in the IRAS due to his love for Railways and he retired as Additional Member of Railway Board, Government of India. It was during his stint as a Civil Servant, gave certain recommendations to the Alagh Committee on Civil Services reforms which led to far-reaching changes in the pattern of the exam – reduction of the Optional subjects and introduction of ethics paper. Plays a crucial role in preparing students to face the Interview board.

A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, he decided to become a Civil Servant and secured AIR 46 in his very first attempt. He like Israel has a passion for teaching.

Rose to the rank of Chief Secretary, Tamil Nadu and retired in 2008. Also served as Administrative Member, Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai.
