Mr. Ashok Vardhan Shetty, a distinguished IAS officer of the Tamil Nadu cadre, known for his honesty, integrity, and bold approach, teaches the Ethics Paper (GS Paper 4) at Officers IAS Academy. He is a regular columnist for The Hindu and a guest faculty at LBSNAA, Mussoorie. (IPS, Rtd DGP - Tamilnadu)
Dr. C. Sylendra Babu, retired DGP of Tamil Nadu, brings his vast experience in law enforcement and governance to UPSC aspirants. He teaches Internal Security, Disaster Management, Modern Indian History, and Psychology optional at Officers IAS Academy. Mr. R.A. Israel Jebasingh

(IAS- 2004 batch)
Mr. Israel Jebasingh cleared the UPSC exam twice, first joining IRTS and later IAS. He served in the West Bengal Cadre, known for his innovative problem-solving in challenging regions. Resigning in 2009, he founded Officers IAS Academy in 2013. With a passion for teaching and rich experience in both government and private sectors, he mentors aspirants with deep insights. A UPSC topper in Public Administration optional, he is passionate about teaching and guiding future civil servants.

Mr. R. Rangarajan

(IAS - 2005 batch)
A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, he secured AIR 46 in his very first UPSC attempt and joined the IAS. After serving for a few years, he resigned to pursue his passion for teaching. Now a full-time faculty member at Officers IAS Academy, he mentors the next generation of civil servants with his deep expertise. Like Mr. Israel Jebasingh, he is dedicated to guiding aspirants on their UPSC journey.

Mr. Senthamarai Kannan, retired IPS officer and postgraduate in Economics, is known for his integrity, leadership, and commitment to public service. Major Divya D, an NLSIU Bangalore graduate, cleared the UPSC exam in 2013 and served in the Indian Postal Service. She later volunteered for the Indian Army Postal Service Corps, rising to the rank of Major while serving in counter-insurgency operations in Nagaland. After leading postal operations in Chennai, she returned to law practice in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
